When I left full-time military service, I was lost.

The thing that hit me hardest was not having the time to train that I was used to. My previous routines took longer than I now had available.

My fitness nose-dived as I searched for a solution - surely there had to be a comprehensive training programme that would fit in with my busy life?

With a young family and demanding corporate role, time was always my limiting factor.

I tried many solutions but none worked.

So I decided to create my own.

I then spent the next 6 years developing and refining the blueprint for maximising physical and mental fitness with minimal time commitment.

The results have led me to run 5km (3 miles) in under 20 minutes, deadlift more than double my bodyweight and trek for 100 miles, non-stop, carrying 25kg (55lbs) in under 47 hrs.

All while maintaining a full-time career, a busy family life and only spending 30-45 minutes per training session.

Life is hectic
